Happy Spring! I hope...

I figured I should take a few minutes and post an update! Things in our house have been moving fast.
I can't believe that Jack is 4 years old and almost finished with his first year of preschool! He has really blossomed this year. He is much more friendly and talkative to other kids and his teachers. These days Jack loves to help mom cook, play with cars or superheroes and watch movies!
Tom is 7 now, and almost finished with 1st grade. We have a new IEP(Individualized Education Plan) at school. I think things are going pretty well right now. The Autism Waiver slots have started to open up at a rate of 11 a week rather than the 4 that they had been opening before! Unfortunately, we still do not have his exact number yet because there was a paperwork error done by the state. We have been assured that when he does finally get a number he will be moved up on the list to compensate for the time that was lost by their mistake. We are hoping for some news soon.
We are looking forward to the weather getting warmer so we can get outside and do all the fun things that spring/summer brings! We are going to be spending Easter in North Carolina! The kids are really looking forward to seeing Caleb and Alex!
